Sarahann Campion Properties offers a comprehensive service to all my clients. I cover the North East of England. I place reliable tenants into suitable properties as quickly and as effortlessly as possible.
I am a Member of Client Money Protection ( CMP )
Our Rental Register which is updated on a regular basis provides us with details of prospective tenants looking for a property to rent. The Register contains the type of property the individual would prefer and the desired location and amenities. This means we could already have a potential tenant for one of your properties now!
Once tenants have signed their agreement and moved into the property, we provide you with a Rental Schedule and Tenancy Agreement. The documents will include :
- Rate of rent
- Tenancy start/end date
- Name of tenant(s)
We will also provide detailed invoices of any maintenance work carried out on you properties. Please see below for further details.
